macOS

Downloads

Apple Silicon (.dmg)

These builds aren't code-signed yet, so macOS will warn you about an unidentified developer. The steps below show how to open it safely.

How to install

  1. 1Open the downloaded .dmg and drag NextThing into Applications.
  2. 2Right-click NextThing in Applications and choose Open.
  3. 3Click "Open" in the dialog that warns about an unidentified developer.

Windows

Downloads

The Windows build is still being verified — downloads will open soon.

How to install

  1. 1Run the .msi. Windows SmartScreen will say "Windows protected your PC".
  2. 2Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
  3. 3Follow the installer to finish setup.

Linux

How to install

  1. 1Install with: sudo dpkg -i NextThing-*.deb
  2. 2If apt complains about missing dependencies, run: sudo apt --fix-broken install
